The small sculpture next to the life sized memorial

This will be posted on the side of the memorial

These beads are from the same guild in Italy that supplied the fur traders in the 19th century.

This was one of two motorcycles being raffled off in a drawing. Ron bought a ticket for this one.

This is a picture of the front of the face that was in the museum, when you look at it from afar, you just get the side

On Sunday, we went to the Crazy Horse Memorial to see the memorial and museum. We also took a drive through Custer State Park so we could see some bison up close and personal, if possible. We had really seen our fill of bison in Yellowstone, but, Twyla expressed an interest, so that's why we went. We actually had to go off road to find a herd of them. I was surprised with how much noise they make within the herd. We saw a Buffalo Tours SUV just ahead of us, so followed them. The only difference between them and us was they could go off road and enter into the herd. Big deal, there were enough bison on and around the dirt road and we were doing it for free.
