We drove very slowly on sandy roads out to a housing development outside of the main part of town. In the middle of the development we stopped at a visitor center that studies the marine environment in the area. The two story structure houses all the students that come in to stay and it had some pretty tiles in the courtroom depicting what kind of marine life is in the Sea of Cortez.
