There wasn't much there, except I do believe we got diesel at $2.53 a gallon. We also had lunch before we were on our way again. We finally arrived at the Air Force Base in Grand Forks. The campground was huge, because it used to be a mobilehome park for the families on base. Again, we got half price because they honored the Golden Age/Access passes. Between these two bases, we got the best bargain of our whole trip so far!

I had noticed on the map that there was a town called Sharon & I wanted to go see what it looked like. The local roads are something else. We're looking at a regular state map and the roads just don't go where they are supposed to go! Ever notice that? Anyway, we finally found it, not a very big place, mostly houses and a few town buildings, but, it was neat and we had fun driving up and down the residential streets.
